Alhamdulillah,
As I burned my night working on a few projects, I was shocked to receive an email sent by the Chairman of World Summit Award 2007 (WSA 07) telling that Kapasitor has been evaluated for best e-Content.
Here’s a snippet of the email:

"The World Summit Award Grand Jury 2007 met on the island of Brijuni from September 1-7 bringing together eminent multimedia and e-Content experts from 32 countries. The Jury evaluated 650 entries which were nominated from 160 countries to the Global WSA. The Jury selected the five most outstanding products in each of the eight WSA Categories as Winners. http://www.wsis-award.org/index.php?folder=253&article=760
I am delighted to officially inform you herewith that your product has been evaluated by the Grand Jury as an example of Best of e-Content! Your product has been given a Special Mention of the WSA 07 in your category and as best practice of high quality e-Content from your continent! An personal letter from me will be sent to you by internet in the next days.”

To tell you the truth, I cried in happiness upon reading the email.
Our team has been invited to Venice for WSA Gala to meet other participants by early November and we, the administrators of Kapasitor will not missed this opportunity of a life time to attend the world class award on behalf of Malaysians.
